Very rude and mean old lady today scared my son with asking my son to put a toy back that he was playing with or she said :”your mum going to buy it.” My son was plying with toy and I think it is ok while I am looking for something so he play and will ask the price( it has not price on it) when I am done . Suddenly an old lady with very loud voice tell my son, put it back unless your mum going to buy it. She was so loud that my son scared and fell on the ground, start crying. It hurt me so much because My son did not do anything wrong that this lady behaving like that to him. I will never back to this shop again .

Great customer service! Had to get my granddaughter a birthday present but was unsure as to what I should get. A young man from the counter assisted me and recommended an Elsa toy from Frozen 2, she loved the present. I think the boys name was Joshua, will be thanking him again next time I come in!

Love this store! Being an official LEGO stock provider, it is great seeing the limited edition or larger sized LEGO sets available through them. Large range of toys has greatly assisted with present shopping for the youngsters in my family. Staff are quick at the registers.

Phoned to make an enquiry as to if have in stock, a certain Lego set. I was asked for the Lego number which I gave. Then the girl asked me for the serial number?!!!! I told her the NAME of the particular set I’m wanting to purchase, and asked her how in the world would I know the “serial” number??? The rude *!!! hung the phone up on me!!!! What do I think of Toyworld Eastland - wow wish I could say but I’d be taken off Facebook!!! I’m disgusted and won’t ever shop here again. OMG IM SO VERY SORRY. I DONT KNOW HOW TO DELETE THIS REVIEW. MY UNRESERVED APOLOGY IT WAS NOT INTENDED FOR THIS TOYWORLD STORE.

Toyworld Eastland is a great store. It's very big and holds a large range of toys, craft and collectables. There is always a lot of items on sale, some up to 90% off. Their toys that are not on sale however (ones being sold at 'full price) can be overprice and quite expensive. So it is worth shopping around before purchasing. The staff are always very kind and helpful and the store clean.
